Description of Duties:

• Solicit NNR Global Logistics services including Ocean Import, Air Import, Ocean Export, Air Export, Distribution, Warehousing, Customs Brokerage and Cargo Insurance.
• Build a portfolio of clients by researching and seeking out prospects via sales calls.
• Act as the liaison between client, carrier, shipper, and receiver.
• Develop solid relationships with clients by providing them with excellent customer service.
• Manage the movement of the client’s goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to the client’s satisfaction.
• Rate Negotiation: Maintain up to date personal knowledge of market freight rates to determine a price to pay trucks and charge shippers.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· Strong Communication skills via email, phone, and face-to-face

· Proven Sales Experience and Operational Experience in the International Freight Forwarding field strongly required.

Qualifications and Standards:

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

· Proficient computer knowledge to include Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

· Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and current insurance required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
